A: Yes, the full balance must be paid before the trailer is picked up or delivered.
Q: What’s your refund or cancellation policy on custom orders?
A: Custom orders require a deposit and are non-refundable once production begins. Contact us if you need to make changes as soon as possible.

Q: Can I tow one of your trailers with an SUV or half-ton truck?
A: Many of our single-axle and smaller tandem axle trailers can be towed by SUVs or half-ton trucks, depending on your towing capacity. Always check your vehicle’s tow rating.
Q: What kind of hitch do I need?
A: Most of our trailers use a 2-5/16” ball hitch. We'll confirm the exact size based on your trailer order.
Q: Do your trailers have brakes?
A: Yes, all of our trailer come with electric brakes.
